It’s with a heavy heart I have to say I lost both of my cats in a little over a month. I had health issues in May and spent some time in the hospital, and Baby Girl (my black cat Dora) died while I was away, despite my neighbor putting out food and water. My boy, Dexter, got away when the landlord tried to move him (I couldn’t) and he was gone for over 4 weeks, Apparently, even though he was fed periodically by kind people., he went into starvation mode and subsequent liver failure after 2 weeks home. (Yes, I finally got him back.) I take some solace that I got to say goodbye and spend his last few days with him, but my heart is broken.
I am FINALLY able to get back to this site because I am a “cat lady” with all my heart. So hug your little ones for me.

These poor hairless kitties are the anti-cuddly beasts of the World. But that doesn’t mean we can’t love them, right? They are still cats after all and even homely cats need love too. And you better be nice to them… Or look how Smeagol turned out.
